STRAT ELECTRIC
Quality work.
Lasting partnerships.
STRAT ELECTRIC was founded on a straightforward belief: craftsmanship, integrity, and strong relationships are the foundation of a dependable electrical contractor.
Based in Norwell, Massachusetts, we focus on Federal, State, Municipal, Commercial, and Industrial electrical construction. Our approach is shaped by more than 25 years of industry experience, with a strong foundation in public and federal construction.
We value quality, clear communication, and collaboration with fellow tradespeople to deliver projects on time while meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
A shared foundation
A team with history.
A company with purpose.
STRAT ELECTRIC has been built around a crew that works together, solves problems together, and has developed shared expectations for the quality of our work.
An important part of that foundation began in 2007, when our owner was introduced to a Massachusetts-based mechanical contractor working on a federal project out of state. This chance meeting developed into a strong working relationship and the formation of an electrical division within that plumbing and mechanical company.
Over the years that followed, the division completed federal projects throughout New England and across the country. We value the opportunity, collaboration, and lasting professional relationships that grew from those years.
STRAT ELECTRIC’s core team was assembled from that same electrical division, bringing established working relationships and experience coordinating complex construction across all trades.
Our extended team
Relationships built over decades.
Our team extends beyond the people wearing the STRAT ELECTRIC name.
Years in construction have built trusted relationships with general contractors, specialty trade partners, engineers, suppliers, and construction professionals. These long-standing connections help us bring together the right expertise for each project and provide coordinated, dependable solutions.
We believe the strongest projects begin with mutual respect, clear responsibilities, and people who take pride in the result.
Our reputation is earned through the work.
Craftsmanship
Quality installations and attention to the details that matter.
Integrity
Direct communication, accountability, and dependable follow-through.
Lasting relationships
Trust built with customers, colleagues, and construction partners over time.
